Social Media Data Analyst (m/w)

We are looking for a (senior) Social Media Data Analyst to help us optimize our approach to social media and drive growth within our social channels. In this role you are reporting to the Team Leader Online Marketing & Social Media within the Global Marketing Team at our Corporate Headquarters in Hard, Austria. Your main task is to establish tracking of social media data such that we are measuring both key performance indicators and performance indicators on a monthly and quarterly basis with an eye towards engagement and audience growth.Creates and delivers ongoing reporting and insights on social media performance:Establish a set of measures for our unified social media strategy and individual channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok) that are linked to our business goals to strengthen the ALPLA brand, better inform our customers, drive growth, increase loyalty and engagement for our products and servicesProvide insights on the user behavior of our audiences as they engage with us on social media and on data from our social media tool that can help to monitor crises and measure our responsesMeasure the performance on content and turn data into actionable insights that will help to improve the performance of our social media channels and campaignsCampaign management:Defining quarterly campaign plan and budget allocationReceive, process and coordinate campaign requests from other departments (e.g. Sales, HR) and regionsPrepare campaign briefings and content (creatives, text, images)Setting up paid campaigns on our social media channelsWhat you bring with:Completed university studies in the field of communication sciences, economics or comparable educationYou have already been able to successfully apply, expand and develop your expertise in a comparable positionYou are able to explain and visualise complex data and issues in an easily understandable way and enjoy communicating with colleagues from your own and other teamsYou have a heart for numbers - and for green issues.
